These General Conditions govern the purchase of products made remotely via telematic network on this website, fabianaboente.com (hereinafter "Site"). The contract stipulated between FabianaBoente (hereinafter "Seller") and the customer (hereinafter "Customer") shall be considered concluded with the acceptance of the order by FabianaBoente. Such acceptance is considered tacit, unless otherwise communicated to the Customer in any way.

All prices shown on the Site are inclusive of VAT.

1. Conditions of Sale

By placing an order in the various ways provided, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided to him/her during the purchase procedure and to fully accept these general conditions of sale and payment.

FabianaBoente will arrange for the delivery of the ordered products to the SDA courier within a maximum period of 5 (five) working days starting from the day following the one on which the Customer transmitted the order. In case of non-execution of the order due to the unavailability, even temporary, of the requested good, FabianaBoente will inform the Customer before he/she proceeds with the payment. In case of payment already made, FabianaBoente will refund any sums already paid for the payment of the supply.

Any right of the Customer to compensation for damages or indemnity is excluded, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or things, caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order by FabianaBoente.

2. Payment Methods

The following payment methods are accepted:

• Bank Transfer
• Credit/Debit Cards (via PayPal)
• Cash on Delivery (Italy only, with additional cost)

2.1. Bank Transfer

Upon order confirmation, the necessary bank details for making the payment will be displayed. Please enter the order number in the bank transfer description.

Please Note: By choosing bank transfer as a payment method, FabianaBoente will process orders only after receiving a copy of the payment receipt, to be sent via e-mail to info@fabianaboente.com or WhatsApp to +39 3386801746.

2.2. Credit/Debit Card (via PayPal)

Payments by credit or debit card are processed securely on PayPal's servers, in a protected environment with HTTPS encryption.

Please Note: It is not necessary to have a PayPal account to make a purchase with a credit/debit card via the PayPal platform.

2.3. Cash on Delivery

By choosing this method, payment will be made upon delivery of the goods, in cash or by bank cheque payable to the courier.

When ordering, you will need to select as shipping method: "SDA Cash on Delivery (cash)".

Please Note: This payment method is available exclusively for shipments within Italy and incurs an additional cost of €5.10 on top of the normal shipping costs.

3. Shipping and Returns

3.1. Parcel Shipping

Shipping will be carried out within 5 (five) working days from receipt of payment confirmation. Shipments are entrusted to the SDA courier, which normally delivers within the following 48/72 hours (for destinations in Italy). FabianaBoente will monitor the shipment and intervene in case of any issues due to delays or damage caused by the courier.

If it is not possible to send the order within the indicated timeframe, the Customer will be contacted via email or telephone.

3.2. Exchange and Replacement of Goods

Any item purchased on the Site can be returned within 7 (seven) days of receipt. The Customer will be refunded 100% of the value of the returned item (excluding original shipping and return costs).

In case of return, please notify FabianaBoente via email at info@fabianaboente.com. The address to which the goods to be returned should be sent will be communicated.

Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are at the Customer's expense.

FabianaBoente is not responsible for the replacement or refund of items lost during return transit.

Used items, items damaged by the Customer, or items without original packaging (if applicable) cannot be replaced or exchanged.

Replacements and exchanges do not include a refund of the original shipping costs.

In case of dissatisfaction on the part of the Customer or any other problem relating to the purchased goods, it is possible to return them after communication with FabianaBoente. Upon receipt of the returned package, and after verifying the integrity of the product, the Customer will be offered the possibility of receiving a Voucher equal to the amount spent for the item (excluding original shipping costs), expendable on any other item on the Site and valid for 1 (one) year from the date of issue.

3.3. Countries, Shipping Zones, and Rates

By accessing your customer account on the Site, you can create and save various delivery and billing addresses.

Shipping costs will be calculated automatically in the cart at the time of ordering, depending on the delivery address entered. All prices are inclusive of VAT.

Shipping Rates:

• Italy: €8.00 (All of Italy)
• Italy Cash on Delivery: €13.10 (Base shipping cost €8.00 + cash on delivery supplement €5.10) - Only for shipments within Italy. To use cash on delivery, select the "SDA Cash on Delivery" delivery method.
• Europe (Zone 1): €15.00 (Austria, Belgium, France, Monaco, Germany, Great Britain, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Spain, Channel Islands)
• Europe (Zone 2): €19.00 (Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Hungary)
• Europe (Zone 3): €25.00 (Portugal, Balearic Islands - Spain)
• Europe (Zone 4): €40.00 (Ireland)

Out of Zone:

Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Sweden, Corsica (France), Andorra, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla (Spain).

Customs Operations:

Any customs fees are charged to the Customer and amount to €22.00 for shipments to: Bosnia-Herzegovina, Montenegro, Serbia, Azores, Andorra, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Channel Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla.

4. Manufacturing and Colors

FabianaBoente strives to display the real color of each garment as accurately as possible on the Site. However, due to the manual and artisan dyeing techniques used, and the inherent chromatic variations of each screen (computer, tablet, smartphone), slight variations in color or design may be encountered compared to the displayed images. Please keep this in mind when placing an order.

5. Orders: Corrections and Cancellations

Should it be necessary to correct or cancel an order already placed, please notify FabianaBoente as soon as possible, using the contact form on the Site or by writing to the email address info@fabianaboente.com.
