Secure Payment Methods

Secure Payment: The security of your transactions is our priority. All pages of our online shop fabianaboente.com, especially those related to payments, are protected with an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) security certificate, which ensures the encrypted transmission of your data.

We accept various payment methods to meet your needs. Choose the one you prefer from:

  • Bank Transfer
  • Credit/Debit Card (via the secure PayPal platform)
  • Cash on Delivery (Italy only)

1. Bank Transfer

If you choose to pay by Bank Transfer, upon confirming your order on our site, all the necessary banking information (IBAN, account holder name, etc.) to make the payment will be displayed.

It is important to include your order number in the bank transfer reference to allow us to quickly identify the payment and process your purchase.

Please Note (Important): By choosing bank transfer as a payment method, FabianaBoente will process and prepare orders for shipment only after receiving a copy of the proof of payment. You can send us the receipt via e-mail to info@fabianaboente.com or via WhatsApp to +39.338.6801746.

2. Credit/Debit Card (via PayPal)

We accept payments with major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, etc.) through the secure PayPal platform.

Credit card payments are processed with the utmost security directly on PayPal's servers, in a protected environment with HTTPS encryption. FabianaBoente does not store or have access to your credit card details.

Please Note (Important): You do not need to have a PayPal account to make a purchase with a credit or debit card on our site. During the payment process, you can choose the option to pay with your card without having to create or log in to a PayPal account.

3. Cash on Delivery (Pagamento alla Consegna)

If you prefer to pay upon delivery, you can choose the Cash on Delivery payment method. This option allows you to pay the amount of your order directly to the SDA courier when you receive the package.

Payment to the courier can be made in cash (preparing the exact amount) or, in some cases and subject to verification with the courier, by bank cheque payable to the courier.

When ordering, to use this method, you will need to select as shipping option:

  • SDA Cash on Delivery (cash): for cash payment upon delivery.
  • (Note: Please verify if SDA still offers the cheque option and update accordingly, otherwise remove the second option "SDA Cash on Delivery (cheque)")

Please Note (Important): The Cash on Delivery payment method is available exclusively for shipments within Italy and incurs an additional cost of €5.10, which will be added to the normal shipping costs.
