Shipping and Returns Information

Here you will find all the detailed information regarding our shipping policies, costs, delivery times, and how to make a return or exchange. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Parcel Shipping

Your order will be shipped within 5 (five) working days from receipt of payment confirmation. We use the SDA express courier by Poste Italiane for all our shipments, which normally delivers within the following 48/72 hours for destinations in Italy.

In the event that it is not possible for us to meet this shipping deadline (for example, due to temporary unavailability of an item or force majeure), you will be promptly contacted via email or telephone to agree on the best solution.

FabianaBoente carefully monitors each shipment and is committed to resolving any issues due to delays or damage caused by the courier.

Exchange and Replacement of Goods (Returns)

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Any item purchased on our site can be returned within 7 (seven) days of receipt.

Return Procedure:

  1. Prior Notification: In case of return, please notify us in advance via email at info@fabianaboente.com. We will provide you with the correct address to send the goods to be returned.
  2. Product Condition: Items must be returned intact, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and, if possible, in their original packaging. Used or customer-damaged items cannot be replaced or refunded.
  3. Shipping Costs for Return/Exchange: Shipping costs for the return or exchange of goods are at the Customer's expense.
  4. Return Shipping Responsibility: We are not responsible for the replacement or refund of items lost or damaged during the return shipping transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refund/Exchange Options:

Once the returned package is received and the integrity of the product is verified, we will offer you the possibility of:

  • Receiving a Store Credit Voucher equal to 100% of the value of the returned item (excluding original shipping costs). The voucher will be expendable on any other item on the site and will be valid for 1 (one) year from the date of issue.
  • Making a size or item exchange (subject to availability and with any shipping costs borne by the customer).

Please Note: Replacements and exchanges do not include a refund of the original shipping costs incurred to receive the order.

Countries, Shipping Zones, and Rates

Shipping costs are automatically calculated in the cart at the time of ordering, based on the delivery address entered. All prices are inclusive of VAT.

For your convenience, you can create and save various delivery and billing addresses by accessing your customer account.

National Rates (Italy):

  • Standard Shipping Italy: €8.00 (All of Italy)
  • Italy Cash on Delivery: €13.10 (Base shipping cost €8.00 + cash on delivery supplement €5.10). To use cash on delivery, you must select the "SDA Cash on Delivery" delivery method during checkout.

International Rates (Europe):

  • Europe (Zone 1): €15.00
    (Austria, Belgium, France, Monaco, Germany, Great Britain, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Spain, Channel Islands)
  • Europe (Zone 2): €19.00
    (Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Hungary)
  • Europe (Zone 3): €25.00
    (Portugal, Balearic Islands - Spain)
  • Europe (Zone 4): €40.00
    (Ireland)

Out of Zone (Contact Us for Rates):

For shipments to the following destinations, please contact us in advance to find out the applicable shipping rates: Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Sweden, Corsica (France), Andorra, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla (Spain).

Customs Operations and Fees (Non-EU):

For shipments to countries outside the European Union or subject to specific customs procedures, any customs fees are charged to the Customer. The amount of these fees (indicatively €22.00, but subject to change) applies to destinations such as: Bosnia-Herzegovina, Montenegro, Serbia, Azores, Andorra, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Channel Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla.
